Bed Bugs are flat, round and reddish-brown, around a quarter-inch (7 millimeters) in length.

If you've ever been unfortunate enough to get bedbugs, you know it is a WAKING NIGHTMARE. We are really thankful for Chris - who was so helpful, responsive, and sympathetic. He really put us at ease. The dog, Trouble, who sniffs for bed bugs is great. I can't recommend Southwest Bed Bug enough.

My husband and I incidentally brought home bed bugs after a trip abroad. We tried CrossFire poison at the suggestion of a local exterminator and were sure to follow all of the recommended protocol; however, the bugs were not eradicated.Thorough research indicated that heat treatment is the only sure, efficacious way to kill bed bugs. So we contacted Southwest Bed Bug Resources and Knox, the owner, was able to help. He was incredibly helpful, professional, and supportive throughout the process. I would recommend heat treatment-- and specifically this company-- as the first and only recourse if you happen to encounter bed bugs. Stay safe, people.. and always check your beds when you travel.

We've tried poisoning twice and it just never did the trick. No bites or signs of bugs since using a heat treatment on the house. A mist use service if you ever get bedbugs!

Southwest Bed Bug Resources was AWESOME!!!! My dad is a disabled veteran and is home bound. He has a lot of staff that come in and out of his home on a daily basis and unfortunately, bed bugs were transferred in. The bugs were more than likely in his home for a year or so prior to us recognizing that there was an issue. I bought all types of pesticides with no resolution and began researching for the best option to remove them from my dad's home. I contacted Knox and he was GREAT! VERY knowledgeable and understands the URGENCY to get the issue resolved. Prior to completing the service for us, he utilized his K-9 to search out the house for all possible areas of infestation. This saved us money! His K-9 found only 3 areas of concern, Knox heated up the 3 rooms to 140 degrees for 24 hours and even made scheduled visits back to the house during the 24 hours to ensure everything was going as planned. Knox provided his service to us in September of 2018 and to date, my dad's house is bed bug free!! His pricing is VERY reasonable and I found that if I had used Orkin, Terminex or some other professional chemical service company, I would have paid more, they would have had to complete the service in 6 different stages/appointments, and it was NOT guaranteed! Knox doesn't guarantee, but the heat he uses does! 140 degrees killed EVERY PEST in my dad's house that was moving! lolol If you have a bed bug problem, DON"T call anybody else! Call Knox! Every penny you spend will be well worth the security in knowing that your bed bug issue is GONE! Thanks Knox for all your help! You, your dad, and your K-9 are #1 in my book! MS-Albuquerque
